Damaged or Missing Items

If an item is missing or damaged during transit, please let 9 Energy know at the email address 9energy1@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, as well as provide us with photos so a claim can be filed (if Priority shipping was used).  We will then replace the items free of charge that were lost or damaged.
